Peter is a Professor of paediatrics at the Medical School of the University of Western Australia and Head of the Children’s Respiratory Science Group at The Kids Research Institute.

Peter established Future Child Health in 2017 to address one of the most important current gaps in medical research: the lack of systematic research on the projected global health of children over the next century given the expected deterioration in the planet’s environment and population increases.
