Sofia has joined Future Child Health as a University of Western Australia Honours student, enrolled in the medical research program.

Sofia is working on a systematic review of the global disparities in Indigenous and non-Indigenous child health and the health of pregnant women. Her project aims to determine the disparities seen within both physical and mental wellbeing in Indigenous populations compared to non-Indigenous populations.
